All of our products at Mothers Goodies are freshly made & your order is no different.
Please allow at least 2-3 working days for Mothers Goodies to make and prepare your goodies. This time frame does not include packing & delivery.
During busier times, a delay of up to 7 working days can occur. We will always advise you of any delays & keep you updated throughout the process from ordering to dispatch. Your updates will be sent via email, we will ensure we update you through the process from payment – processing to when the goodies have left us.
Bath bombs and Candles need time to fully harden, set and cure before we can wrap & post them. We want our products to reach you in perfect condition; therefore we must allow all freshly made items enough time to set.
Orders are processed in working days. Orders received after 1 pm will be processed the following working day.
You will be able to check on your order status as we update each stage as your order from Received – Hold – Processing – Complete.
We use Royal Mail and local courier companies to ship the goodies to you. Delivery is normally no more than 2–3 days in transit. We obtain proof of posting for every package sent. Please get in touch if you are concerned your delivery is taking to long.
